Choose your treatments and a time from the clinic’s live diary. Nothing is paid online — your practitioner confirms the treatment and its price with you at the clinic.
After you book
What happens next
A confirmation arrives by text and email the moment the booking is held, with the date, the practitioner and the address — one for each appointment where you have booked more than one. A reminder follows the day before and again two hours ahead, so a treatment never quietly falls off a Tuesday.

Every treatment begins with an assessment, and we will say no where a treatment is not right for you — you are not charged for a consultation that ends in a recommendation to do nothing. Cosmetic treatments are not covered by OHIP or by most private plans; where a treatment is performed for a medical indication we will give you an itemised receipt to submit.
