How the job is set up
Medical aesthetics has a lot of turnover, and most of the reasons are structural: lists booked too tight, no clinical backup, and a pay model that quietly rewards treating more than you should. These are the four things we did differently.
Real clinical backup
Protocols, the complication pathway and the laser safety programme are owned by our medical director, who is also the person on the after-hours number.
Time to get better, on the clock
Paid time each month for training, technique review and reading, plus support towards certification. Advanced technique is learned on a schedule, not on a client.
Software that is not in your way
Charting, consent, photography, lot tracking and commission are in one system that works. You will spend the day treating rather than reconciling a spreadsheet.

What we are hiring for
Everything currently open at our Toronto clinic. Each one lists the work, what we need from you, and the hours and pay structure — so you can decide before you write anything.
You would hold your own consultation list alongside our medical director — assessing faces at rest and in animation, building written plans, and treating conservatively enough that clients come back for the review rather than the rescue.
What the role involves
- Assessment consultations, written treatment plans and consent, with time booked for all three.
- Neuromodulator, filler and biostimulator treatment, with two-week reviews on every new plan.
- Standardised photography at assessment and review, and complete records against product lot numbers.
- Shared responsibility for the complication pathway, with our medical director available for every case.
What we are looking for
- Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner in good standing in Ontario, with current professional liability coverage.
- Two years injecting neuromodulators and hyaluronic acid fillers in a medical setting, and comfort managing a vascular occlusion.
- A conservative aesthetic. We will ask you to talk us through a face you declined to treat.
- Willingness to photograph and chart every case to the same standard, every time.
Hours and terms
Four clinical days a week, one until 8pm. Base salary plus per-treatment commission, both recorded transparently in the clinic system and reviewed annually.

Our skin programmes are built around what someone will actually do at home, sequenced with in-clinic work and judged at twelve weeks rather than at the end of the appointment. You would run that list day to day.
What the role involves
- Clinical facials, microneedling and peel programmes, with a home routine written for every client.
- Skin assessment and twelve-week review cycles, including standardised photography.
- Dispensary recommendations against what the dispensary holds, never against a target.
- Working alongside the laser suite on combined pigmentation and texture plans.
What we are looking for
- Certified medical aesthetician with clinic-side experience in microneedling and medical-grade resurfacing.
- A working understanding of barrier repair, post-inflammatory pigmentation and when to do less.
- Confidence telling a client that this fortnight the answer is nothing, and explaining why.
- Interest in melasma management and long-horizon skin planning.

Five days a week including one Saturday in two. Base salary plus per-treatment commission, reviewed annually.

The laser suite runs on wavelength and setting selection rather than volume. Courses here are expected to finish — patch tests, honest suitability conversations, and sessions spaced to the growth cycle instead of the calendar.
What the role involves
- Laser hair reduction, pigmentation and rejuvenation on the Candela GentleMax Pro.
- Patch testing and Fitzpatrick assessment before any course begins.
- Maintaining the laser safety log, room checks and device servicing schedule.
- Session-by-session progress records, so a course can be judged honestly at the end.
What we are looking for
- Certified laser technician with documented training on an alexandrite and Nd:YAG platform.
- Confident treating Fitzpatrick IV to VI, and clear about why the wavelength changes.
- Rigorous about patch testing, eyewear, room checks and the safety log.
- Comfortable telling someone their hair type will not respond before they pay for a course.

Three days a week, with scope to grow to four as the suite's list does. Base rate plus per-session commission.

Front of house here is a clinical role in everything but name: the first person a nervous client speaks to, the last person they see, and the one who notices when someone has not booked their two-week review.
What the role involves
- Scheduling, reminders, deposits and the daily diary across three treatment rooms and the laser suite.
- Greeting clients and making sure consent forms are read rather than signed at the door.
- Following up reviews, aftercare check-ins and unfinished courses.
- Keeping client records, invoices and payment reconciliation accurate in the clinic system.
What we are looking for
- Experience in a clinic, dental practice or another setting where discretion is not optional.
- Comfort with confidential health information and with a system of record.
- A calm, unhurried phone manner, and the judgement to know when to interrupt a practitioner.
- No sales background required. We would rather you had none.
Hours and terms
Five days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, with two late finishes. Salaried, with no commission on treatment or product.

What we offer
The terms, not the adjectives
The parts of a job that decide whether you are still doing it in three years, written down in the same words we use at the offer stage.
- Pay you can audit
- Base salary plus per-treatment commission for clinical roles, recorded in the same system that books the appointment — so you can see what you earned on a treatment on the day you performed it, rather than at the end of a month. Front-of-house is salaried with no commission on treatment or product, deliberately.
- Training time, on the clock
- Paid time each month for training, technique review and reading, plus support towards certification and conference attendance. It is diarised like a clinical list, which is the only reason it survives a busy fortnight.
- Registration and insurance covered
- The clinic carries professional liability cover for every practitioner and pays your annual registration dues to the relevant college or certifying body. Lapsed registration is a clinical risk, not an admin oversight, so we take it off your desk.
- Treatments and skincare at cost
- Treatments on the clinic menu at cost for you, and dispensary skincare at cost for you and your immediate family. Practitioners who have felt a treatment describe it better, and there is no target attached to any of it.
- Kit, uniform and consumables
- Scrubs and clinic wear provided and laundered, consumables never rationed, and a device servicing schedule that is kept. You should never be choosing between a fresh cannula and the day's margin.
- A rota you can plan a life around
- Rotas are published a month ahead and holiday is approved against the diary rather than against a mood. Late finishes are shared across the roster, not carried by whoever is newest.
- Everything in writing, before you accept
- Hours, pay structure, commission rates, probation and review dates are all written into the offer before you accept it. Nothing about your terms is agreed in a conversation and remembered differently later.
We do not publish a salary band. There is a real one and you will hear it on the first call — but a range printed on a careers page is a number a candidate is held to and a clinic is not, and we would rather talk about the whole package than anchor it to a figure.

References, registration and insurance checked, then a written offer with hours, structure and review dates on it. Everyone hears back within two weeks.
