A first consultation is forty-five minutes and treatment appointments are booked to the time the work actually takes. Nobody here is running two rooms at once, and nobody is asked to make up a shortfall by adding a syringe.
Protocols, the complication pathway and the laser safety programme are owned by our medical director, who is also the person on the after-hours number. You are never the most senior clinician in the building on your own.
Paid time each month for training, technique review and reading, plus support towards certification when it is relevant to your scope. Advanced technique is learned on a schedule, not on a client.
Charting, consent, standardised photography, lot tracking and commission are all in one system that works. You will spend your day treating rather than reconciling a spreadsheet against a paper diary.

You will hold your own consultation list alongside our medical director, assessing faces at rest and in animation, building written plans, and treating conservatively enough that clients come back for the review rather than the rescue.

Our skin programmes are built around what someone will actually do at home, sequenced with in-clinic work and judged at twelve weeks rather than at the end of the appointment. You would run that list day to day.

The laser suite runs on wavelength and setting selection rather than volume. Courses here are expected to finish, which means patch tests, honest suitability conversations and spacing sessions to the growth cycle instead of the calendar.

A morning in the clinic. Clinical roles talk through cases and, where the scope calls for it, demonstrate technique on a colleague with consent. Front-of-house roles sit with the diary and the phone.
References, registration and insurance checked, then a written offer with hours, structure and review dates on it. We aim to answer everyone within two weeks, including the people we cannot take.
