The terms on which Rose Beauty Clinic takes bookings and provides treatment: deposits, cancellations, screening, payment, packages and the limits of what we can promise.
This document was drafted for Rose Beauty Clinic as a working starting point. No lawyer has reviewed, amended or approved it, and it is published here so it can be read and marked up — not because it is settled. It is not legal advice to you, and it is not yet a reliable statement of the clinic’s legal position.
Before anyone relies on it, the clinic’s own counsel must review it and confirm every factual claim in it against how the clinic actually operates — its vendors, its retention schedule, its fees and its insurance. The cancellation and missed-appointment fees, the package refund calculation and the liability clause in particular need a lawyer's eye before this page is relied upon in a dispute.
These terms are the agreement between you and Rose Beauty Clinic whenever you book an appointment, buy a treatment, package, membership or gift card, or use this website. Booking an appointment means you accept them.
They sit alongside — and never override — three other things: the consent form you sign before a specific treatment, the clinical judgement of the practitioner treating you, and the rights Ontario law gives you as a consumer and as a patient.
Our privacy policy and medical disclaimer form part of these terms.
You can book online, by phone, by text or in person. An appointment is a request until we confirm it, and — where a deposit is required — until that deposit is paid.
| Rule | Currently | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum notice | 2 hours | The earliest an online slot can be booked from now. Call us if you need something sooner and we will see what is possible. |
| How far ahead the diary opens | 60 days | Beyond that, ask to be told when the next block opens. |
| Cancellation window | 24 hours | Change or cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment and there is no charge. |
First appointments for injectable and energy-based treatments are booked as a consultation with assessment. We may not treat on the same day if the assessment says we should not — see § 7.
Some appointments require a deposit to hold the time. The amount is shown before you confirm, and it is always applied to the cost of your treatment on the day — it is not an extra charge and it is not a booking fee.
Refunds are returned to the card that paid, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Please give us at least 24 hours. A cancelled appointment we know about can be offered to someone on the waiting list; one we learn about on the day cannot.
Illness, a family emergency, a genuine transport failure, or a treatment we would have had to postpone anyway on medical grounds. Tell us what happened. We would rather hear the reason than collect the fee, and a first occurrence is almost always waived.
Occasionally a practitioner is unwell or a clinical emergency overruns. We will contact you as early as we can, offer the next available time with the same practitioner, and refund any deposit in full if that does not work for you. We do not charge you for our own rescheduling, and no cancellation fee ever arises from it.
Appointment times are the whole appointment, not the start of a queue. Arriving late shortens the time available, and we will not rush an injection or an energy-based treatment to catch up — that is how outcomes go wrong.
If we are running late, we will tell you, and you may wait, rebook, or cancel with a full refund of any deposit.
A missed appointment with no notice costs the practitioner’s time and costs another client the slot. Any deposit is applied to the missed-appointment fee stated at booking; where no deposit was taken, the fee is charged to the card on file or added to your account.
After a second missed appointment we may ask for a deposit on every future booking, or ask you to book by phone rather than online. After a third we may decline to book you further, and we will tell you so in writing rather than leaving you to discover it.
A missed appointment that forms part of a package consumes one session of that package.
Every treatment begins with a medical assessment, and the assessment can end with a “no”. That is the point of it.
If you knowingly withhold or misstate medical information, we are not responsible for a consequence that information would have prevented, and any package or treatment already used is not refunded.
No aesthetic result is guaranteed, by us or by anyone. Outcomes depend on your anatomy, skin, age, hormones, medication, healing, lifestyle and how closely aftercare is followed. Two people given an identical treatment by the same injector will not get an identical result.
Because a result cannot be guaranteed, a treatment properly performed is not refunded because the outcome was less than you hoped for. Speak to us: a review, an adjustment or a change of plan is almost always the right answer, and it is one we offer.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are confirmed at consultation before anything is done. Where a price depends on how much product a treatment needs, we tell you the unit price and the expected range before we start, and we tell you if the plan changes on the day.
We do not offer treatment on credit, and we do not use pressure selling. If a price feels rushed, ask us to stop and put it in writing — we will.
Sealed, unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for a refund or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept a return of a product once it has been opened or used, unless it is faulty.
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us and we will replace or refund it. Nothing here affects your rights under Ontario’s consumer-protection law, which cannot be signed away.
If a product causes a reaction, stop using it and contact us — § 9 of the medical disclaimer tells you what to do and when to seek urgent care.
Aftercare is part of the treatment, not an optional extra. We give it to you in writing and send it to you afterwards.
Where a problem is caused by aftercare that was not followed, we will still see you and still help — but a further treatment to correct it may be chargeable.
This is a clinical environment. We ask you to arrive without a guest unless you need a support person, to keep phone conversations out of the treatment rooms, and not to photograph or record staff or other clients.
We will end an appointment and decline further bookings in the case of abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards our staff or another client. Where that happens, treatment already given is payable and unused package sessions are refunded at the single-session valuation in § 10.
Support persons, service animals and assistive devices are welcome — see our accessibility statement.
Clinical photographs are covered by § 7 of our privacy policy: consent for the record, for internal teaching and for publication are three separate decisions, and you never have to agree to the last two.
If you write a review, it is yours and we will not edit it or ask you to change it. We do not offer a discount, a free treatment or an entry into anything in exchange for a review, because a paid-for review is not a review.
Anything you post publicly about your treatment is your own decision and is outside our control. If you tag us we may reshare it, and we will stop the moment you ask.
The text, photographs, design and code of this website belong to Rose Beauty Clinic or to the people we licensed them from. You may read, print and share pages for your own use; you may not republish them commercially, or use our name, logo or clinical photographs, without written permission.
We try to keep prices, availability, opening hours and treatment descriptions accurate and current, but the site can contain errors. Where a published price is obviously wrong, we will tell you the real price before taking payment rather than hold you to a mistake — and you are free to walk away.
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, access another person’s account, or use automated tools to scrape it.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
We carry professional liability insurance appropriate to the treatments we provide. Details are available on request.
Tell us first, and quickly. Most concerns about a result are best addressed at a review appointment, and most are addressed there. Write to the address on the card below, or ask at reception for the person handling complaints.
We acknowledge a complaint within five business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Making a complaint does not affect your care and does not affect your ability to book.
You can also raise a concern about a regulated practitioner directly with their professional college — the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario or the College of Nurses of Ontario, depending on who treated you. You do not need our permission, and you do not need to come to us first.
A privacy concern goes to our Privacy Officer under the privacy policy; an accessibility barrier goes to the contact in our accessibility statement.
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your appointment is the one published when you booked it, and we keep earlier versions.
A change that affects money you have already paid — the cancellation fee, a package’s validity, a membership price — takes effect no sooner than 30 days after we publish it, and we email clients with an address on file. A change to anything else takes effect when it is published here.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of a treatment provided at the clinic, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
That does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rule that would otherwise apply to you, and it does not prevent you from raising a matter with a regulator, a professional college, or the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Questions about a booking, a deposit, a package or a fee — and where a complaint about any of them should start. Reception will route it to the right person the same day.
