The tiers
What membership includes
Two tiers, both billed in advance, both cancellable. The figure beside each is what leaves your account; what it includes is listed underneath in full, with nothing held back for the small print.
There is no online sign-up yet.
Memberships are arranged at the front desk or over the phone, and the first payment is taken in clinic. We are not putting a subscription button on this page until recurring billing is live and we can cancel one for you in a single click, which is the only version of it worth having.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are quoted before 13% HST. Membership is not insurance and is not a treatment plan: it is a way of paying for treatments you and your practitioner have already agreed are right for you.
How the rate works
A discount that never changes the advice
The discount attached to a membership applies to treatment, not to the assessment behind it. A practitioner recommends what your skin needs and nothing else, and a member who does not need a treatment this month is told exactly that — the membership does not become a reason to fill a room.
Member rates are applied at the till against your file, so there is no code to remember and nothing to claim afterwards. They stack with nothing else: a member paying a member rate is already paying the lowest price the clinic charges for that treatment.
Terms
The parts people ask about
Billing, cancellation, pausing and what happens to anything you have not used. Written out here because a recurring payment is the one thing a client should never have to ring up to understand.
- When you are billed
- Billing runs on the date you joined and repeats on that date. You are told the amount and the date before the first payment is taken, and the receipt for every payment appears in the client portal.
- Cancelling
- There is no minimum term and no joining fee. Cancel by telling reception or writing to the clinic; the membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is taken.
- Unused inclusions
- Included treatments do not roll forward. A monthly facial that goes unused expires with the month, which is why we book the next one before you leave rather than leaving it to a reminder.
- Pausing
- Tell us and we will pause the billing for up to three months for travel, pregnancy, illness or a course of medication that makes treatment unwise. A paused membership keeps its price when it restarts.
- Who it covers
- A membership is personal to you: the included treatments are performed on you and the member rate applies to your invoices only. To pay for someone else's treatment, use a gift card.
- Price changes
- If we change the price of a tier you are told at least one full billing period in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Your existing price stands until then.
