Narges founded Rose Beauty Clinic in 2019 after a decade in medical aesthetics, with the intention of building somewhere that treated conservatively and said no often enough to be trusted.
You are not allocated to whoever has the next free slot.
Every first appointment is an assessment. If the answer is an injectable, you see an injector. If it is pigment, a course of laser, or a barrier that needs six weeks of repair before anything else happens, you see the person who does that work every day — and we will move the appointment to make that possible.
You can request a specific practitioner when you book, and most clients stay with the same person once a plan is running. Continuity is worth more than convenience here: the second treatment is judged against the first, and that judgement is sounder from the person who performed it.
Injectable protocols, the complication pathway and the laser safety programme are owned by our medical director. Every product used on you is logged from supplier and lot number through to your own treatment record.
We hire slowly and keep appointment lengths honest, which means a smaller roster than a clinic of this size usually runs. When a role opens it is posted with the hours, the caseload and the pay structure written down.
