Four sessions on a submental pocket, photographed in strict profile at a fixed head position — the one area where a tilted chin can fake a result.

She had a soft pad under the chin that had been there since her twenties, at every weight she has been, and that no amount of training changed.
That history is what made her a candidate: a discrete, pinchable pocket that does not move with diet is what this treatment is for. We photographed in strict profile at a fixed distance with the head level, because the submental area is the single easiest region in aesthetics to fake with a chin tilt.
Four sessions three weeks apart. She was warned about swelling for a fortnight after each, which is normal here and looks worse before it looks better.
The photograph is at twelve weeks, in the same profile, at the same head position. The line from the chin to the front of the neck is a little cleaner. Her jaw is the same jaw — nothing was lifted or tightened.
Individual results vary, and this area more than most: results depend on how much of the fullness is fat and how much is skin laxity or a low-set hyoid, which is an assessment question we answer before you book.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
