Four mesotherapy sessions into the upper dermis of the neck. A change in texture, not in shape — the set horizontal creases were never going to move.

She had looked after her face for twenty years and, in her own words, forgotten she had a neck.
Neck skin is thin, moves constantly and has very few oil glands, which is why it ages differently from the face and responds more slowly. We said that at the consultation, and we said that four sessions would change texture and not shape: the horizontal creases are set into the skin and would still be there at the end.
Four mesotherapy sessions three weeks apart, delivering hyaluronic acid, amino acids and vitamins into the upper dermis, alongside a daily SPF on the neck, which she had never used.
The photograph is at twelve weeks. The crepey texture is smoother and the fine lines are less etched. The horizontal creases are exactly where they were, as promised.
Individual results vary. The neck rewards patience and sun protection more than intensity, and no injectable tightens skin that has genuinely lost its structure.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
