Case study · Laser Treatments
A single focused-ultrasound session on early lower-face laxity, judged at three months from a fixed head position. Two or three millimetres, which is what this treatment does.

She asked whether there was a facelift without the facelift. There is not, and that is most of the consultation.
Focused ultrasound delivers energy at a fixed depth to the layer beneath the skin and prompts it to contract and rebuild over about three months. On early laxity, in someone whose skin still has elasticity, the change is a slightly crisper jaw outline. On skin that has genuinely lost its structure it does nothing at all, and we turn those consultations down rather than take the booking.
One session. She was told to expect nothing for six weeks, to judge it at three months, and that comparing photographs taken at different angles would fool her in either direction.
The photograph is at three months, at the same distance with the same head position and the same chin height. The jaw outline is two or three millimetres crisper on each side. Every line on her face is where it was. That is a real result for this treatment, and it is a small one.
Individual results vary, and this is the treatment we most often talk people out of. If a clinic shows you a dramatic focused-ultrasound before-and-after, look at the camera angle and the chin position before you look at the jaw.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
