Case study · Injectables
Four PRP sessions for miniaturising temple hair, photographed at the same angle each visit. Denser, not restored — and the hairline was never going to move.

He had watched his temples recede over about three years and wanted to know whether anything could be done before it went further.
We were clear about the ceiling at the consultation. Platelet-rich plasma works on follicles that are miniaturising but still alive; it does not regrow hair from skin that has been bare for years, and it is maintenance rather than a cure. He also saw his family doctor about the medical side, because PRP on its own is rarely the whole answer.
Four sessions four weeks apart, then a review at six months. The photograph is taken from the same height with the hair combed the same way and dry, which matters more than people expect — most dramatic hair before-and-afters are a change of parting and a change of light.
The hair at both temples is a little denser and a little less scalp shows through. The hairline itself has not moved and will not. He now comes back twice a year to hold the position.
Individual results vary, and hair responds less predictably than skin. We photograph at the same angle every time so the question is settled by the record rather than by memory.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
