Six sessions on the upper arms for a soft pocket, with the skin laxity flagged up front as out of scope and a surgical referral offered instead.

She had stopped wearing anything sleeveless and asked whether the upper arms could be tightened.
They could be reduced, which is not the same word. There were two things going on: a soft pocket on the back of the arm, which this treatment addresses, and mild skin laxity, which it does not. We told her that if the laxity was what actually bothered her she would be disappointed at twelve weeks, and gave her the option of not booking.
She booked for the pocket. Six sessions two weeks apart on both arms, photographed each time at the same distance with the arm in the same position, because arm photographs are trivially easy to flatter with a change of angle.
The photograph is at twelve weeks. The outline of the upper arm is a little straighter. The skin quality is unchanged, exactly as we said it would be.
Individual results vary. If loose skin rather than volume is the main concern, this is the wrong treatment, and a surgical opinion is the honest referral rather than a course of six.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
