Three microdermabrasion sessions for rough, flaking sun-worn skin — after a dermatology referral, and with the forehead lines deliberately untouched.

He works outdoors, had never used a moisturiser and had never used sunscreen, and came in because his partner booked it for him.
The forehead had genuine actinic roughness, so before we treated anything cosmetically we sent him to a dermatologist. Two lesions were checked and cleared. That is not a formality, and we will not treat sun-damaged skin without it.
Three microdermabrasion sessions two weeks apart to lift the rough, flaking surface layer, plus the smallest routine we could get him to keep: a moisturiser at night and an SPF 50 in the truck.
The photograph is at six weeks. The surface is smoother and the complexion is less grey. Every line on his forehead is exactly where it was, because microdermabrasion works on the surface and nothing else.
Individual results vary, and this treatment has a low ceiling by design. It maintains and brightens; it does not remodel, and we would rather say so than sell a course that cannot deliver.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
