A barrier reset first, then three booster sessions. Hydration and light rather than volume, with pores and pigment deliberately untouched.

She works twelve-hour shifts in a hospital and described her skin as permanently thirsty: tight by mid-afternoon, flaking around the nose, and flat in every photograph however much moisturiser she used.
Her barrier was the first problem and the boosters were the second. We spent the first appointment taking her routine down to a gentle cleanser, a ceramide moisturiser and an SPF, and did no treatment at all. She came back four weeks later with the flaking already better, and we began three skin booster sessions four weeks apart — microdroplets of stabilised hyaluronic acid placed across both cheeks.
The photograph is at eight weeks after the third session. The change is hydration and light rather than volume: the skin holds moisture, and the finest crepey lines on the cheeks are less obvious. Her pores, freckles and pigment are exactly where they were, because a booster does not treat those.
Individual results vary. Boosters do a great deal for skin that is genuinely dehydrated and very little for skin that is not, which is why we assess before we sell a course.
Every photograph on this page is of a real client of the clinic, taken in standardised lighting at a fixed distance, unretouched and unfiltered, and published only where written consent for publication is on file. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the case is removed the same day.
A case study describes one person’s course of treatment. It is not a prediction. Outcomes depend on anatomy, skin type, age, medical history and how closely aftercare is followed, and no treatment we offer is permanent or guaranteed. What a consultation can tell you is whether a treatment is likely to help you — which is where every plan here started.
